JAHCARI MACK
Meet Jahcari Mack, the visionary founder of Noirxperience, a creative media and production company dedicated to bold storytelling and innovative design. A filmmaker, production designer, and creative director, Jahcari thrives at the intersection of culture and creativity—turning ideas into cinematic experiences that leave a lasting mark.
Jahcari’s background is rooted in both artistry and strategy: he holds a Bachelor’s in Film and a Master’s in Production from Full Sail University, and is currently pursuing doctoral-level certification in Information Systems & Technology. His creative resume includes writing, producing, and directing the short film Midnight Heist: Ride or Die, as well as leading production design and wardrobe on feature projects like Guilty Victim.
Beyond film, Jahcari has established himself as a multifaceted creative with expertise in photography, videography, live event production, and wardrobe design. As a content creator with over 100,000 followers and 3 million likes, he uses his platforms to amplify his unique vision while building community through media and storytelling.
As the driving force behind Noirxperience, Jahcari continues to expand his influence—crafting film, photography, and cultural productions that push boundaries while celebrating Black excellence and creative innovation.
ELTERIAYAH HIBBETT
Meet Elteriayah Hibbett, best known as 1EllE—a fearless filmmaker, production designer, writer, and creative visionary. A Chicago native now rooted in Orlando, she is also the founder of 1EllE Productions, a bold platform where storytelling meets visual artistry. As the head of all Orlando-based productions, Elteriayah leads with vision, style, and unwavering creative clarity.  
Elteriayah’s credentials are both profound and personal: she holds certifications in Film & Television and Radio & TV Broadcasting from Illinois Media School, and recently earned a B.S. in Film from Full Sail University. Her resume spans powerful short films like Black or White and The Initiation, visually rich music videos such as Catching Feeling and Poison, and multi-faceted roles from directing to production design. 
Whether she’s curating immersive sets, shaping narrative tone, or steering creative teams, Elteriayah brings storytelling to life with intentional artistry. As both a mother and full-time creative, she builds worlds one frame at a time—infusing every project with emotional depth, cultural resonance, and bold design.
WESTON DAVID
Meet Weston, the creative force and founder behind Weston Shot It, where every image is made with precision, vision, and unmistakable style. A versatile photographer and digital visionary, Weston specializes in professional headshots, studio portraits, outdoor lifestyle sessions, and bespoke creative shoots designed to amplify personal and brand narratives.
Beyond snapping photos, Weston is a full-service visual architect offering digital products and graphic design services—making Weston Shot It a seamless one-stop hub for standout visuals.
Armed with a passion for storytelling and a discerning eye for detail, Weston transforms concepts into art that clients can cherish and use to elevate their image. Now, as the creative lead in charge of all Charlotte-based productions, he brings his refined aesthetic and collaborative spirit to every shoot, ensuring that the work coming out of that region is polished, impactful, and unforgettable.
