Carii Kingdom Media – Booking Policy, Terms & Pricing

1. Booking Process

* All sessions, events, and production services must be booked in advance through our official booking form, email, or authorized platform.

* A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date.

* Dates are not held without a deposit.

2. Deposit & Payment

* Non-refundable deposit: 50% of total service price due at booking.

* Remaining balance: Due 7 days before the scheduled session/event.

* Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.

* Late fee: 5% per day after the due date.

4. Add-On Costs

* Extra Shooting Time: $100 per additional hour.

* Rush Editing (48 hours): +$150.

* Travel Fee: $0.75 per mile (round trip) beyond 20 miles

* Location Rental Fees: Client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

* Client cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 5 days before session are charged 50% of total service cost.

* Rescheduling: One free reschedule if requested at least 5 days in advance. Additional reschedules require a new deposit.

* Company cancellation: Full refund or credit toward a future booking.

6. Rescheduling

* Must be in writing 5 days before the scheduled date.

* Weather-related outdoor reschedules allowed without penalty if rebooked within 30 days.

7. Late Arrival Policy

* More than 15 minutes late = time deducted from session.

* More than 30 minutes late without notice = session forfeited, no refund.

8. Client Responsibilities

* Arrive prepared and on time with wardrobe/props discussed.

* Secure any permits or access needed.

* Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

9. Creative Control & Usage

* All media remains intellectual property of NOIRXPERIENCE unless otherwise stated in writing.

* Client usage rights are defined in the signed service agreement.

10. Liability

* Not responsible for delays or damages outside of our control (weather, acts of God, technical issues).

* Clients agree to hold NOIRXPERIENCE harmless except in cases of gross negligence.
